Gallery Van Bau is an artspace that focuses on Norwegian and International contemporary art. One of the galleries main objectives is to give young, up - and - coming artist an opportunity to exhibit their art to a broader audience, as well as giving the audience an opportunity to experience a broad aspect of both Norwegian and International contemporary artistic development. The first show this year is "One Love", with photography by the Canadian artist Tim Porter. The exhibition will be on display from 7th of May to 26th of June. The next show on the program is "Ja schade, war echt ne schöne Stadt", a group exhibition with artists from Germany. The exhibition will be on display from the 2nd of July to the 14th of August. The season closes with Gallery Van Bau‘s yearly academy exhibition, where we show works by students from The Royal Academy of Fine Art in Oslo. The exhibition will be on display from the 20th of August to the 2nd of October. Gallery Van Bau consists of 240 squaremeters and is located in the ground floor of Arena Vestfossen, next to Vestfossen Kunstlaboratorium. Velcome |
